    I've been charged $1 for something I didn't purchase.

    If you have not made any purchase from the App Store for a period of time, 

    Apple may charge $1 as an authorization hold to confirm that your registered payment information is valid. 


    However, the $1 authorization hold is temporary; it will be removed and you will not be charged.

    I would like to get a refund. (iOS)

    If you are an iOS user, you must contact Apple Support for a refund.

    Please follow the directions below to submit a refund request.

    You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as the purchased items have not been used.

    I didn't receive the item I purchased. (iOS)

    If you have not received the item you purchased, please follow the steps below to restore the item.

    2. Once you enter to the Shop, tap the [Restore] button on the bottom right.


    If you were unable the restore the item after following the steps above, 

    the item will have to be repurchased after refund of a previous purchase. 


    Please follow the steps below to receive a refund via Apple Support.

    How do I safely store my Dragons and items?

    ['Favorite' Button]

    - In Dragon Flight, you can always use 'Favorite' button to safely store your Hatchlings and items. 

    - Hatchlings and items that you marked as Favorite cannot be sold nor used as ingredients.


    *If the 'Favorite' button is active, it will appear red.

    *If the 'Favorite' button is inactive, it will appear grey.

    My account has been banned. Why can't I access my account?

    To ensure fair and enjoyable game environment, we monitor all user activities for any policy violation and bug abuse. 

    If we detect any account activity in violation of our Line Games Terms of Service, the account will be banned.

    You can set your push notification preference by the following methods:

    How do I obtain Wings?

    Wings recharges very 6 minutes up to a maximum of 15. 

    *Wings will not be recharged if you have more than 15.


    You can obtain more Wings by the following methods:

    1. Buy Wings with Crystals

    2. Receive Wings from your Wings friends

    How do I withdraw my game account? How do I cancel my account withdrawal?

    You can request to withdraw your account in game, and you may also cancel your account withdrawal.

    - Go to [Settings] → [Profile], tap [Withdraw] button on the bottom right, then enter the message 'seeyouagain'.

    - Your request to withdraw will be accepted after 24 hours.

    - Once the withdrawal process is completed, your game data and payment information will be deleted permanently, and will not be recoverable.

    - Within 24 hours of your request, you may cancel account withdrawal.

    - When you log back into the game, you will see 'Cancel account withdrawal?' message on your screen.

    - Please tap [v] button to confirm.
