    About Suspended Account

    There are mainly two causes for this issue.


    [Case 1: Suspended due to actions subjected to LINE GAMES operational policy.]

    We are constantly inspecting to strengthen our security system through real-time monitoring.

    Any attempt to use the illegal or unauthorized hacking program or violation of the Line Games Terms and Conditions will be suspended after a log investigation.

    We are sorry to hear that your account has been suspended however, we ask for your understanding that we are unable to help you regarding unbanning the account or disabling the suspension.

    Any act of obtaining improper gains by using systematic error or abusing the Market Store(iOS/AOS) system will be restricted according to the Line Games Operation Policy.

    How do I link my account?

    There will be a login option pop-up when you login for the first time to the game. Follow the instructions from the pop-up to link your account. You may proceed with account sync from Settings, while your game is in progress as a guest account. You may play as a Guest account but, it is highly advisable to link your account because the Guest account's data can be easily lost when updating or deleting the game. [How to link your game account] Select Settings on the top right side, and tap the platform icon you are trying to link with.

    Account deletion and withdrawal

    You can delete the game account anytime and it is cancelable within seven days.

    Tap Settings at the top right corner of the screen and go to Account > Delete Account.

    You will get an option to cancel the withdrawal once you login to the game within 7days after applying for account deletion.

    The data will remain for seven days. Your account will be removed completely and it is not recoverable.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide game data resetting function.
    If you wish to re-start the game, we highly recommend you create a new game account.

    We are sorry that it is impossible to provide any help regarding this issue since it is hard to identify your account information for Google, Game Center, and Facebook.

    What are the minimum requirements for Guardian Chronicle?

    If your device does not meet the minimum requirements you will not be able to run the game smoothly.     My game keeps crashing, what can I do?

    If you experience force quit or if the game stops repeatedly or any other unusual phenomenon happens, please check you are playing the game under a stable network connection first.

    If you are using mobile data instead, you may have to manually allow the application to use your phone's mobile data. 


    You may try changing game graphics settings from the Settings > Performance.

    Is GC PC emulator friendly?

    Unfortunately, Guardian Chronicle does not officially support PC app emulators. 

    As Guardian Chronicle is optimized for mobile devices, there might be a minor delay while playing the game with PC app emulators. 


    Furthermore, please understand that it will be difficult for us to help and assist you with the problems happening while playing from a PC app emulator.

    We highly recommend you play with mobile devices.

    Coupon

    This is a guide for coupon code redemption in Guardian Chronicle. Guardian Chronicle provides an external website to redeem a coupon. You may follow the instructions below: 1. Go to the coupon redemption website [Coupon Redemption Page] Or move to in-game Settings > Others > Enter Coupon

    2. Fill out the necessary fields. Enter your Account ID in the upper blank. *User ID can be found in Settings. You can Copy your ID Information. Enter your Coupon code in the lower blank.

    3. Press the [Confirm] button, and check your Inbox after the redemption. Once you redeem the code as it’s guided, the item will be delivered to your inbox shortly. If you cannot find the item from your inbox, we highly advise you to restart the game. Please note the followings: - You will not be able to recover the coupon if you’ve entered the wrong account ID. - The item gained from a coupon redemption will be delivered to the game inbox. - The same kind of coupon is not allowed to redeem for the second use. Coupons cannot be redeemed if the code is invalid or expired or already redeemed. - The redeemed coupon is not available for restoring, withdrawing or transferring the items.
