    How do I uninstall games from the launcher?

    1. From the game list in the left section of the launcher, select a game you would like to uninstall.

    2. Click settings button on the left bottom corner.

    3. Click [Uninstall] button.

    4. Click [Yes, Uninstall] button, and uninstallaion will begin.

    What is 'Stay Logged In' option?

    □ Stay Logged In

    This option allows you to login automatically without entering ID and Password when you run FLOOR Launcher(PC Client).

    In order to protect your personal information safely, please be careful when using this option in public places such as internet cafe or public PCs.


    'Stay Logged In' option will automatically be disabled if you haven't used FLOOR Launcher on the PC for 15 days.

    What is 'PC Registration' service?

    This service allows you to play games without additional authenticaion (ex. OTP) by registering your PC as 'Registered PC'.

    In order to safely protect your account, using PC Registration service in public places such as internet cafe is not recommended.

    I connected my mobile account to FLOOR account. Can I connect it to another FLOOR account?

    Once you connect your mobile account to FLOOR account, you cannot connect it to another FLOOR account.


    Also you cannot reconnect to another FLOOR account even though you have withdrawn your previous FLOOR account.


    Please note that you cannot connect to other platforms if you have already connected your mobile account to FLOOR account.

    I opened the FLOOR PC Client install file, but the file is not responding.

    If you cannot open the PC Client setup file, please follow the steps below.


    1. Right click the FLOORLauncherinstaller file -> Run as administrator


    2. Temporarily deactivate any antivirus program you use and run the setup file

    ※ Temporarily deactivate or set as exception since the antivirus program or firewall may block the setup process


    3. Check and get available updates from [Control Panel] -> [Settings] -> [Windows Update]

    How many FLOOR IDs can I register?

    You can register up to 5 e-mail IDs with a single name. 

    If you already have 5 FLOOR IDs and wish to register an extra account,

    you need to withdrawn one of your 5 e-mail IDs.

    How do I register with an e-mail address that I have withdrawn before?

    You may not re-register with an withdrawn e-mail address for 30 days.

    If you wish to create same e-mail ID with the one you have withdrawn, please register 30 days after the withdrawn date.

    What is 'Block Overseas Login setting'?

    It is a security option that blocks any login attempts from overseas 

    and allows your account to log in only when verification has been made.


    You can set block options from [ My Page > Member Data > Block Overseas Login setting ].

    The default for the overseas login block option is 'On'.

    Verification may be needed in order to change the option as below.

    OFF -> ON : Applied without any process

    How do disable the OTP service?

    If you can't use the OTP service inevitably, you can cancel it.

    You can cancel the OTP service at the Customer Center > Security Center on the website.

    You can disable the OTP service after authentication by choosing either OTP authentication or email authentication.

    How do I set for OTP service?

    What is a FLOOR OTP service?

    It is a dual security service that runs the game with a disposable authentication number issued through the FLOOR OTP app.

    The OTP number (OTP authentication key) uses a random number each time to make your account more secure.

    You can set for the OTP service at the Customer Center > Security Center on the website.

    You must create a FLOOR account to apply for OTP services.

    2. Click Apply for OTP Service

    3. Click Accept and Apply

    4. Enter email authentication number and confirmation

    5. Install the FLOOR OTP app

    6. Log in to FLOOR OTP and check the unique number and authentication number

    7. Enter the authentication number and unique number on the authentication page

    An error occurs when installing and launching the client on Windows 7. What should I do?

    This issue seems to occur on certain users’ Windows 7 systems, due to missing a specific DLL file.

    Please follow the method below to resolve this issue.

    Running the attached install_win7_api_dll.bat file as administrator will automatically install the necessary DLL files on your system.

    1. Download and unzip the win7_dll.zip file.

    2. Within the unzipped folder, run install_win7_api_dll.bat as administrator.

      (Right-click on install_win7_api_dll.bat and click Run as administrator)


    3. Restart Client / Game after restarting PC

    How do I withdraw from FLOOR?

    First you need to login to FLOOR.

    You can withdraw from FLOOR through email verification.

    Send verification mail to your registered E-mail to withdraw your account.


    The FLOOR ID you are using will not be able to be reused / recovered / canceled after the withdrawal.

    The withdrawn ID will not be recovered and connected game data will be deleted, so please choose carefully.

    I'd like to change my member info

    First, login to FLOOR

    You can change your member info from [ My Page > Member Data ].

    1. Changing Nickname

    You can change your nickname once a week.

    Your nickname may consist of up to 20 letters including numbers.

    Special characters and spaces are not allowed.


    2. Notification Setting

    You can receive various game information and event news through the notification setting.

    You may decline these notifications by switching off the option.

    I forgot my password. What should I do?

    1. Click [ Find Login Information ].

    2. Enter your E-mail address that you registered and click [ Send Verification Email ].

    3. Enter verification code that has been sent to your E-mail and click [ Confirm ].

    4. Enter your new password.

    5. Now you can login to FLOOR with the changed password.
