1.Basic Operational Policy
① FairyTale Quest (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is provided in accordance with LINE Games’ Terms of Service and this Operational Policy.
② This Operational Policy is a standard that supplements the Terms of Service and is intended to ensure the provision of consistent and smooth service, the protection of user rights, and the timely and consistent resolution of issues that occur in and outside of the game in order to maintain order.
③ The Company may revise this Operational Policy within the bounds of not violating relevant laws and regulations. When the Operational Policy is revised, the Company shall notify users via the official website or as an in-game notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if the revision is disadvantageous to users, the Company shall notify users at least 30 days before application.
④ Users are responsible for any damages or consequences caused by their failure to familiarize themselves with this Operational Policy and its revisions.
⑤ The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Youth Protection Policy, and other applicable laws and regulations govern matters not specifically covered by this Operational Policy.
⑥ The usage restrictions mentioned in this Operational Policy refer to restrictions on game accounts and characters connected through the official website or other game-specific identifiers.
2.The Company’s Rights and Responsibilities
① In accordance with applicable laws, the Terms of Service, and this Operational Policy, the Company shall faithfully exercise its rights and fulfill its obligations while making every effort to provide a stable service.
② The Company must take the appropriate measures required to establish a wholesome gaming culture, to protect young users from harmful information, and to prevent issues that can infringe on users’ rights, such as defamation.
③ The Company must protect the personal information of users in its possession. The Company must not use the personal information of users beyond the purpose of collection, and must not modify or disclose the information to others without permission.
④ The Company shall not disclose or provide users’ personal information to third parties without consent, unless specifically stated in the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
⑤ The Company may request users to authenticate their accounts when it is necessary for the protection of users’ accounts and to ensure stable service.
⑥ If the Company cannot provide stable service, it may restrict all or part of the service after prior notice through the official website or as an in-game notice. However, in unavoidable circumstances, notice may be given later.
⑦ In cases where unavoidable circumstances arise regarding updates or other changes to the services provided, the Company may issue limited notifications.
⑧ Sanctions may be imposed by the Company on users who violate the Terms of Service or this Operational Policy.
3.The Users’ Rights and Responsibilities
① Users may access a variety of game services and paid or free content. However, the Company retains the rights for all game content, including in-game content such as characters and items.
② Users are accountable for any damages or consequences that may arise from their actions, and must refrain from any behaviors that violate the Terms of Service, Operational Policy, or social norms.
③ Users must provide accurate information when registering and are liable for any damages or consequences from using stolen or false identities.
④ Users have the right to inquire and receive assistance from the Company’s Support team for any issues that may occur when playing the game.
⑤ Users must refrain from interfering with others’ gameplay or from disrupting game operations and must comply with demands and consultations issued by game operators. Users are expected to report bugs to operators. Failure to do so and instead sharing or exploiting bugs may result in action under the Operational Policy.
⑥ Users have the right to formally raise objections or request corrections if they are subjected to unfair treatment by operators or sustain damage as a result of in-game issues.
⑦ If users suffer damage from using unauthorized programs not officially provided by the Company, they accept full responsibility for the consequences.
⑧ Users are responsible for managing their accounts and devices, and they are also accountable for any damages caused by neglect.
⑨ The Company will not recognize actions such as sharing accounts or personal information with others, or transferring/selling it by abnormal means, and the users will not be protected from the resulting issues (e.g., fraud, account theft, etc.).
⑩ Game service access may become restricted without warning if a user attempts to conduct real money or real-goods trades involving accounts, characters, currency, or items. The Company may be unable to help with relevant concerns.
⑪ Most cases of fraud are the result of user negligence, and the Company may not be able to assist with damages caused by such cases. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution when transferring currency, items, or account access, especially in cases involving similar nicknames, impersonation of game staff, or scams based on personal relationships. The company is not responsible for damages or consequences brought on by the user's intent or negligence.
4.The Role and Activities of Game Operators
Operators perform the following activities and make every effort to ensure smooth game operations and user satisfaction.
① Complying with our Privacy Policy and relevant laws, operators do not ask users for personal information (e.g. resident registration numbers, passwords, etc.).
② Operators are responsible for receiving reports of all bugs and associated issues in the game, verifying them, and requesting the appropriate department to solve them.
③ Operators do not engage in any actions that may provide benefits to specific users. Furthermore, they do not inform specific users about upcoming updates or other topics that are not made public.
④ In principle, operators do not intervene to mediate disputes between users within the game. However, if actions such as using unauthorized programs or engaging in activities that directly or indirectly harm other users are deemed to disrupt smooth game operation, the operators may issue warnings or restrict game accounts or characters. In addition, if an operator determines that a serious operational issue has occurred (e.g., violations of actual laws, behavior against public morals), or that such action is required for stable game management, appropriate measure may be taken in accordance with this Operational Policy or the generally accepted in-game norms shared by operators and users.
5.Game Usage Restriction Policy
① To preserve in-game order and ensure stable service, users must not engage in acts that breach their obligations. If such actions are taken, the Company may implement service restrictions in accordance with this Operational Policy.
② When imposing usage restrictions, the Company will notify users about the violation and the duration of the restriction. However, in cases where prior notice is not feasible for operational reasons, notice may be provided afterward.
③ Users may face usage restrictions based on the total number of violations.
④ In cases involving illegal activities that violate current laws, such as utilizing unauthorized programs, account theft, or leaking personal information, users may be face both game usage restrictions and legal penalties under applicable laws.
⑤ Even if a violation is not explicitly listed, if it is deemed necessary for stable game management, appropriate measures may be taken in accordance with the generally accepted in-game norms shared by operators and users.
⑥ Depending on the laws of the service target country, restrictions may be tightened or loosened beyond the levels indicated in this standard restriction table.

6.Recovery Policy
① The Company will restore data if it is confirmed that loss or error occurred without fault on the part of the user, based on the extent that can be verified through objective record data.
② Recovery is not possible if damage resulted from user’s intent or negligence, such as content usage or data loss.
③ Recovery is not possible if additional damage is caused as a result of the user’s account being leaked due to poor management of personal information.
④ As for free rewards from events hosted by the Company, they cannot be given after the event period ends.
⑤ The Company will not provide assistance for damages resulting from failure to read this Operational Policy, official website notices, or in-game announcements.
7.Protective Health Measures for Customer Service Workers
① If, during the consultation process for resolving inquiries arising from game use, any act that disrupts the duties of a customer service worker occurs and causes physical or mental distress to the customer service worker as described in the second paragraph, measures may be taken to limit consultations and game usage to prevent and protect the customer service worker from health hazards under Article 41 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
② Acts that disrupt the duties of a customer service worker include the following:
(1) Making an inquiry that includes characters, symbols, images, audio, or videos that induce fear or anxiety.
(2) Making an inquiry that includes characters, symbols, images, audio, or videos that provoke sexual humiliation or disgust.
(3) Making an inquiry that includes characters, symbols, images, audio, or videos that cause personal insult.
(4) Making an inquiry that contains expressions such as profanity and such that may directly or indirectly cause mental harm.
(5) Making an inquiry that contains jokes or expressions unrelated to the consultation that may cause discomfort.
③ If a customer service worker is disrupted from performing their duties, the following restrictions may apply in accordance with the operational policies.

※ Disrupting consultation duties may result in the termination of the consultation and in game restrictions according to the policies in place.
※ If disruptive behavior continues after the third restriction, a 7-day game access restriction may be repeatedly applied.
※ If consultation duties are disrupted by multiple accounts from the same device or network connection, it may be considered as being caused by the same user, and game restrictions may be imposed accordingly.

This Operational Policy shall take effect on December 3, 2025.
