① This Operational Policy is applicable to Uncharted Waters Origin and its game services.

② This Operational Policy acts to supplement the terms stipulated in the Terms of Service, and outlines the Company’s standards for the operation of its services, including what users need to know while using these services, such as restrictions for violations of Terms of Service, procedures for objecting to restrictions, and policies for restoring accounts.

⑧ The reasons for imposing restrictions and their effects are in accordance with the table outlined in Article 7 below. However, even if the criteria for imposing restrictions is met according to the table below, the Company may impose zero or lighter restrictions depending on the specific circumstances of the time in which the violation occurred or the impact the violation had on the Company’s game services.
