    I want to link my account.

    I want to withdraw my account.

    When you withdraw your game account, it will take 7 days to be deleted completely from the system.

    Is it possible to recover used items?

    If you request within 7 days of deleting game items or characters, we may offer restore service only 1 time once a year after reviewing the case thoroughly.  


    However, it may impossible to provide recovery services such as all items and characters(Heroes) in the game depending on the progress.

    What is the minimum specification of this game?

    If you experience force quit or if the game stops repeatedly or any other unusual phenomenon happen, we recommend you to adjust graphic settings first.

    I can't see the update button in the market

     Depending on the environment of the device being used, it may take time for the [Update] button to be exposed.

    Please try again after a certain amount of time, even If the [Update] button is not continuously.

    2) Delete Data, Cache, Game

    3) After rebooting the device, reenter the Google Play Store and select [Agree] that pops up

    4) Reinstall Exos Heroes

    1) Enter App Store → Update

    2) Refresh the App Store (drag the store page to the bottom)

    * In the guest account, all information in the game will be deleted when the game cache/data is deleted and reinstalled.

      Be sure to check whether the account is linked before proceeding.
